Accredited Investor Criteria

The SEC requires you attest that are an Accredited Investor to invest in a Venture Capital fund. The criteria for this are summarized below and are available from the SEC directly here.

Accredited Investor Financial Criteria (must meet AT LEAST ONE (1) of the following):

• Net worth over $1 million, excluding private residence (individually or with spouse or partner).

  -OR-

• Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner if filing jointly) in each of the prior two years and reasonable expects the same for the current year.
